Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Owo360. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1) Who we are

Owo360 is a UK business that operates a platform connecting customers and vendors for local services.

2) The Service

The Service helps customers discover and request bookings with vendors. Vendors may approve or decline requests. When a vendor approves a request, it becomes a confirmed appointment.

3) Eligibility and accounts

  • You must provide accurate information and keep your account secure.
  • You are responsible for activity on your account unless prohibited by law.
  • You must not use the Service unlawfully, abusively, or to attempt unauthorised access.

4) Marketplace behaviour (customers and vendors)

  • Customers: send booking requests in good faith, show up on time, and follow vendor policies you accept.
  • Vendors: keep availability accurate, respond promptly where possible, and honour confirmed appointments.
  • Status clarity: requests are not appointments. Only approved items should be treated as confirmed.

5) Vendor relationship

Vendors are independent businesses. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, vendors are not employees, agents, or partners of Owo360. We do not provide the services offered by vendors; we provide the platform that helps customers and vendors connect and manage bookings.

6) Policies, cancellations, and no-shows

Vendors may set policies (for example cancellations and no-shows). Where shown in-app, these policies form part of the booking context and help set clear expectations. Additional payment/refund terms may apply depending on how payments are handled in your region.

7) Content and user conduct

  • Do not post or send illegal, harmful, hateful, or infringing content.
  • Do not harass, scam, spam, or attempt to exploit other users.
  • Do not attempt to reverse engineer, interfere with, or overload the Service.

8) Support and AI

Support may be provided via AI chat and/or support tickets. AI output may be incorrect; you should verify important details. We may also contact you by email for service-related messages (for example onboarding and account security).

9) Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties not expressly set out in these Terms. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

10) Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Owo360 will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Service. Where we are legally liable, our liability will be limited to a reasonable amount for the circumstances.

11) Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.

12) Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction, unless mandatory local laws apply.
